Berkeley Connect welcomes the involvement of Berkeley alums from our participating departments! Almost every semester, the Berkeley Connect curriculum includes a career panel, opening students’ eyes to the many different professional paths they can follow once they complete their degrees. As students ask, “But what can I do with a degree in…?,” these panels provide them with a plethora of answers, some of them unexpected.
Students today can benefit from hearing about your post-graduation experiences. If you are interested in being a presenter on a career panel in your former department (major or minor), please contact Berkeley Connect Associate Director Michele Rabkin at firstname.lastname@example.org or (510)664-4182.
Currently, participating departments are:
- African American Studies
- Comparative Literature
- Computational Biology
- Environmental Science, Policy, and Management
- Ethnic Studies
- Social Welfare
A fundraising campaign for Berkeley Connect is currently underway, with the goal of making this program available to students in every department on campus. To contribute, please go to Give to Berkeley Connect or contact Michele Rabkin (see above) for more information.
